Making a difference comes in many forms; teaching, training, coaching, volunteering, donating time, money and resources. Healthy change is brought about by nurturing healthy individuals and organizations and we are always seeking opportunities to make a difference!

We are concerned with the quality of our work with individuals, regardless of numbers, and the benefits to the organization, regardless of size. We measure success by the results of our interactions, training, coaching or facilitating, down the road. We want our clients to be able to point to their experience with Berkshire Group as an important mile marker on their road to success.
In Communities
The Berkshire Group team takes our civic and social duties seriously. Giving back is part of the fabric of our lives and occupies a good deal of our personal time. From Veteran support organizations to health-related charities and sponsored events we endeavor to make a difference in the lives of those who need help, starting in our own back yard.
