Passion

As the President of the United States said, “Without passion you don’t have energy, without energy you have nothing”. We are passionate about developing leaders, solving problems and overcoming challenges starting in the USA. Helping people is what drives us; developing the whole person, as an effective leader, by drawing on their strengths and potential. Our passions also include giving back to our communities and to those that are and have served our country. What we do we do with passion and authenticity. Experience

For approximately three decades Berkshire Group has developed and applied models and principles to a variety of situations and organizations with positive results.

The efforts required project design, project management, orchestration, and master facilitation resulting in positive organization key performance metrics for all organizations

Developing proprietary training workbooks for facilitation training, problem solving training and mentoring.
Design and delivery of robust leadership development programs for and in partnership with organizations that have had an impact for a decade.
